This thing is a joke. You can take a BP reading, wait the specified amount of time, take it again and get wildly different readings. The software has not been updated for a long time and from what I understand, there is no intention to make it work with current operating systems (Vista, Windows 7). They really shouldn't be selling this item anymore and they shouldn't be advertising their several BP monitors as having computer interfaces. I don't think the company understands the value of getting the data into a safe place where it can be analyzed or sent to a physician so they don't support that aspect of their product. Microlife 3Ac1-PCCOS monitor for several years. It is a nice functionally rich BP monitor. It came with the software and USB cable. The software has always been unstable. When I have been able to make it work it gives you nice historic information.
