HBP is a disease that is characterized by a sudden rise in a normal blood pressure and if this happens, our heart and other important parts of the body like the kidneys, arteries and the brain would be put in danger. Preeclampsia is a complication that is a product of high blood pressure and an abnormal value of protein in the urine of a pregnant woman, often as a consequence of kidney trouble. It is observed that this condition usually occurs during first pregnancies and the reason for this is still an enigma.

Other life-threatening effects of this condition are:

Disturbance in the placenta, which poses a real danger to the child Damage to the mother’s organs like the brain, liver as well as the kidneys Death of the fetus

Having high blood pressure during pregnancy is a thing to be reckoned with. Though pregnancy is considered by women as the completion of their womanhood, developing HBP along with it is not expected and is not a pleasant experience. Avoid having pregnancy complications by avoiding HBP itself.
